Impact Solution Services is based at 55 Seminary Ave. in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and most of our work still happens across the table, with families and business owners from Adams County and the towns around it. From that home base we serve all of Pennsylvania and Maryland: in person close to home, by phone or video everywhere else.
These are the towns where our clients live and run their businesses, close enough that "let's meet" usually means in person.

Family businesses, factory floors, and a lot of folks planning retirement. Hanover has been part of the practice for decades.
From downtown York to the townships around it: business owners weighing benefits, families sorting out life insurance and retirement.
Farms, trades, and growing employers along the I-81 corridor. We drive out or meet by video. Your call.
One of the fastest-growing counties in Pennsylvania, which means a lot of new plans that need a second look.
State workers, small employers, and commuters. Pensions and workplace benefits raise questions we hear every week.
Gettysburg sits ten minutes from the Mason-Dixon line. Maryland clients aren't an afterthought here. They've been part of the practice for years.
A lot of Frederick families work in DC and plan in Frederick. We meet you where the plan actually lives.
Carroll County families and business owners (many with relatives on both sides of the line) keep both states in one plan here.
Employers along I-81 and I-70, and families sorting retirement and coverage. Close enough to meet in person.
A lot of our clients found us the same way: they moved north from Maryland or the DC area, and we were their first call in Pennsylvania. When you cross the state line, the rules around your retirement accounts, your benefits, and your estate documents change with you. One plan review sets the fit for the state you actually live in. For the tax side, we coordinate with your CPA rather than guess.
Yes. In and around Gettysburg and Adams County, meeting across the table is how we prefer to work. Everywhere else in Pennsylvania and Maryland, we meet by phone or video: same conversation, same plain English.
Yes. The practice serves both Pennsylvania and Maryland, and Maryland clients (especially in Frederick, Carroll, and Washington counties) have been part of it for years. Families with members on both sides of the line can keep everything with one advisor.
Yes, and before is actually the best time. We can review your retirement accounts, coverage, beneficiary designations, and estate documents ahead of the move, so the plan fits Pennsylvania from day one. For the tax side, we coordinate with your CPA.
