Website Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

What we collect through this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have, in plain English.

Last updated: August 3, 2026 (draft, pending legal and compliance review)

This Privacy Policy explains how Impact Solution Services, LLC ("Impact," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information about visitors to our website at imsolutionservices.com and people who contact us through it. It covers this website and our email and text communications. It is separate from the broker-dealer privacy policy that governs securities and investment advisory accounts. You'll find that document, and an explanation of the difference, on our Disclosures page.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form, book an appointment, request information, or opt in to email or text messages, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message field.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics to collect technical information from your device: IP address, browser and operating system, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, and the site that referred you. Emails we send may include standard open- and click-tracking so we can tell whether a message reached you.

We don't run a store on this site, so we don't collect payment card details, shopping history, or anything of that kind here. We also don't ask you to submit sensitive information through this website. Please don't send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or health details through a web form or an ordinary email. If we need something like that, we'll tell you a secure way to get it to us.

Cookies and analytics

A cookie is a small file a website leaves on your device so it can recognize your browser on a later visit. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages people read, how they arrived, and where they leave. That tells us what to write next. It is not used to identify you personally, and we have not enabled Google's advertising or remarketing features.

Our appointment booking and form tools, provided by LeadConnector, also set cookies that are necessary for those tools to work.

You have real control here. Your browser can block or delete cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics on any site using Google's browser opt-out add-on. Most browsers also send a Global Privacy Control signal if you turn it on, and we treat that signal as a request to opt out of any sharing of your information for targeted advertising.

How we use it

  • To respond when you reach out, and to schedule and confirm appointments.
  • To provide our services and keep records related to our relationship with you.
  • To send you emails and text messages you have opted in to receive.
  • To understand how the website is used and make it work better.
  • To comply with the law and keep the website secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the practice, and only for that purpose:

  • LeadConnector (GoHighLevel): the platform behind our website forms, appointment booking, email, and text messaging. Information you submit through those tools is stored and processed there on our behalf.
  • Google Analytics: helps us understand website traffic, as described above.
  • Insurance carriers and product providers: when you ask us to quote or apply for coverage, we pass along what that carrier needs to process your request. We only do this to carry out what you've asked us to do.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it (for example, to respond to a subpoena or other lawful request) or to protect the rights, safety, or security of any person. Information that has been de-identified or aggregated may be used without limitation.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We have never done so, and we don't intend to start. If that ever changes, we'll say so here before it happens, not after.

How we protect it

We keep your information on platforms that use industry-standard safeguards, we limit access to the people who need it to do the work, and this website is served over an encrypted connection. No system is perfect, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What we can promise is that we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and then for as long as the law requires us to keep it. Financial services and insurance carry recordkeeping rules that are longer than most people expect, often several years past the end of a relationship. If you ask us to delete your information, we'll delete what we're free to delete and tell you plainly what we have to keep and why.

Text message consent

You will only receive text messages from us if you opt in, by checking a consent box on one of our forms or otherwise agreeing to our mobile messaging program. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. The full program terms live at Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions.

Your choices and rights

  • Email: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. We may still send non-marketing messages about our relationship with you, such as appointment confirmations.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text message from us.
  • Cookies: your browser can block or delete cookies, though some parts of the website may not work as well if you do.
  • Your information: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the contact details below. Recordkeeping rules that apply to our industry may require us to retain certain records.

State privacy rights

Several states now give residents specific rights over their personal information. Maryland is one of them, and we serve Maryland clients, so we extend these rights to everyone who contacts us rather than sorting people by address. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and get a copy of it.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Opt out of any sale of your information or its use for targeted advertising or profiling. As stated above, we don't do any of these.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We'll verify who you are before we act, because handing your information to someone claiming to be you is its own privacy problem. We'll respond within the time your state's law allows. You won't be charged, and we won't treat you differently for asking. If we turn a request down, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we'll give you a written explanation.

Information we hold because of a financial or insurance relationship is also governed by federal and state financial-privacy rules, which sometimes require us to keep records even when you'd rather we didn't. See the section below.

If you become a client

This policy covers the website. It is not the whole story once you do business with us.

Securities and investment advisory accounts are held through LifeMark Securities Corp., and LifeMark's own customer privacy notice governs that information. It is the Privacy Policy linked in the disclosure band at the bottom of every page, and it is a different document from this one. Insurance business carries its own privacy notices as well, which you receive from us or from the carrier when coverage is placed.

Two policies for one relationship is confusing, so here is the short version: this page is about the website and how you reach us. Those notices are about your accounts and your coverage. If you're unsure which one answers your question, call and ask.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date.
