What this website is, what it is not, and the rules that apply to both of us.

These Terms of Use govern your use of imsolutionservices.com, operated by Impact Solution Services, LLC ("Impact," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. That sounds stiff, but it's the honest arrangement: these are the ground rules, written where you can read them instead of buried where you can't.
These terms cover the website. They are not the agreement for any service you hire us to perform. Advisory, insurance, consulting, and AI engagements each have their own written agreement, and where one of those conflicts with this page, that agreement wins.
This site is education, not advice
This is the most important thing on this page, so it goes first.
Everything published here is general information. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or insurance advice, and reading it does not make you our client. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation that any particular strategy or product is right for you. It cannot be, because we haven't met you. Advice is what happens after we understand your situation, and that conversation happens in person or on a call, never on a web page.
An article that fits one family perfectly can be wrong for the family next door. Rates, tax rules, and program eligibility change, sometimes in the middle of a year. We work to keep this site current and accurate, and we still won't promise it is complete or up to date on the day you read it. Before you act on anything here, talk to us, or to your CPA or attorney for questions in their lane.

We are licensed to conduct business in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Nothing on this site is an offer of services in a state where we are not licensed to provide them.
Using the site
You're welcome to read, print, and share what's here for your own use. Please don't:
- Republish or sell our content as your own.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that interferes with it working for someone else.
- Scrape it in bulk, run automated attacks against it, or attempt to reach parts of it you weren't given access to.
- Submit anything false, or impersonate another person on a form.
What you send us
Forms, booking tools, and email on this site are not secure channels. Don't send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or medical details through them. If we need information like that, we'll give you a safe way to send it.
If you send us an idea, question, or suggestion, we may use it, including to write a better answer for the next person who asks. We treat what you tell us about your own situation as confidential, and how we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Sending us a message does not create a client relationship, and it does not by itself put anything in force. Insurance coverage begins when a carrier issues it, not when you ask about it.
Our content
The text, design, photographs, and logos on this site belong to Impact Solution Services or to the people we license them from, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The ElevAIte name and mark belong to our AI and automation division. Third-party names appear only to identify what they are.
Links to other sites
We link out to carriers, government agencies, FINRA BrokerCheck, and other useful places. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they publish or how they handle your information. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement, and once you follow one you're under their terms and their privacy policy.
The site is provided as it is
We work to keep this site accurate, available, and secure. We can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Impact Solution Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your reliance on anything published here. Some states don't allow those limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any obligation we owe you under securities or insurance law, and nothing here waives any right you have under those laws.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date, and your continued use of the site means you accept it. We may also change or discontinue parts of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Adams County, Pennsylvania, and we each agree to that. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
